  • Recipient Name — Used solely to personalize the generated song lyrics and content.
  • Birth Date — Used to tailor the birthday theme. We do not use this for age verification or marketing.
  • Email Address — Collected during the payment process for order confirmation and delivery of your unique watch page link.
  • Music Genre Preference— Used to guide the AI music generation engine.
  • Usage Analytics — Anonymized interaction data (page views, button clicks) to improve the user experience.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for:

  • Generating the personalized song and video content you ordered.
  • Processing your payment through our payment provider.
  • Delivering the completed product via email or unique URL.
  • Improving our service and user experience.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a secure, encrypted database hosted in the EU. All connections use TLS encryption and access is restricted to authenticated service roles only.

Generated media (audio and video files) are stored on secure CDN infrastructure and are accessible only via unique, non-guessable URLs.

5. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted third-party providers to deliver our service, including:

  • AI generation providers— to create your personalized music and video content. All generated content is 100% original and AI-composed; it is not derived from or a copy of any existing copyrighted work.
  • Payment provider — our Merchant of Record for payment processing, tax collection, and receipt issuance.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers — for database storage, web hosting, and content delivery.

Each of these services maintains its own privacy policy. We select providers that uphold high standards of data protection and security.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR and applicable privacy regulations, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Rectify inaccurate data.
  • Delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Port your data to another service.
  • Object to processing.

7. Data Retention

Generated content (audio and video URLs) is retained for as long as your watch page is active. Account and transaction data is retained for a minimum of 6 years to comply with financial record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of personal data at any time.

8. AI-Generated Content

All songs, lyrics, and media produced by Songli are 100% AI-generated and original. They are not copies or derivatives of existing copyrighted works. Upon purchase, you receive full ownership rights to the generated content for personal and commercial use. Your input data (name, date, genre) is used solely to generate the requested content and is not shared with other users or used to create content for anyone else.

9. Cookies

We use minimal, essential cookies for session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

10. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data to us, contact us and we will promptly delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
