1. Digital Product — All Sales Final
Songli provides custom, AI-generated birthday songs produced on demand. Because each song is uniquely created for your specific order using computational resources the moment generation begins, all sales are final and non-refundable once the generation process has been initiated.
Each order triggers immediate, non-reversible upstream AI generation costs that are incurred at the moment of purchase. These costs cannot be recovered regardless of whether you choose to listen to or use the generated content.
Each asset is a one-of-a-kind digital product that cannot be resold, reused, or repurposed by us for another customer.
2. Why Refunds Are Not Possible
Unlike physical goods or pre-made digital downloads, every Songli song is composed in real time by AI specifically for your order. The generation process consumes computational resources from third-party AI providers the instant your request is submitted. This process is:
- Immediate — generation begins within seconds of your order.
- Non-reversible — upstream AI processing costs are incurred and cannot be undone.
- Unique — the output is custom-made for you and has no resale value to us.
For these reasons, we are unable to offer refunds for successfully delivered songs.
3. Technical Failure Exception
If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents delivery of a completed product — for example, a failed generation that produces no audio output, or a system error that prevents access to your song — we will review your case and, at our discretion, either:
- Re-generate your song at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund.
To request a review, contact us at support@songli.space within 14 days of your purchase, including your order number and a description of the issue.
4. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, a third-party payment provider that handles payment processing, global tax collection, and receipt issuance on our behalf.
If you believe a charge was made in error or you did not authorize a transaction, please contact us at support@songli.space before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly.
