1. Overview
Songli Projects ("Songli", "we", "our", "the platform") provides an AI-powered service that generates personalized birthday songs and video clips based on user-submitted information (names, dates, and musical genre preferences). By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Service Description
Users provide a recipient name, birth date, and music genre. Our AI engine composes an original audio track and, optionally, a video clip. The output is a 100% unique, custom-generated digital asset delivered via a unique watch page URL. No two songs are ever the same — each creation is a one-of-a-kind piece produced exclusively for your order.
3. AI-Generated Content & Ownership
All audio, video, and lyrics produced by Songli are 100% original, AI-generated works. They are not copies or samples of existing copyrighted material. Each song is computationally composed in real time based on the inputs you provide.
Upon purchase, you receive full ownership rights to the generated content. You are free to use it for any personal or commercial purpose, including but not limited to: sharing on social media, playing at events, embedding in presentations, and uploading to streaming platforms. No attribution to Songli is required.
You may not claim ownership of the underlying AI models, algorithms, or platform technology, nor resell raw AI outputs as a competing service.
4. Refund Policy — All Sales Final
Due to the custom, on-demand nature of AI-generated content, all sales are final and non-refundable once the generation process has been initiated. Each song triggers immediate, non-reversible computational processing using upstream AI generation services. These costs are incurred the moment your order is placed and cannot be recovered.
Because every asset is uniquely produced per order and cannot be resold, reused, or repurposed for another customer, we are unable to offer refunds for completed generations.
If you experience a verified technical failure that prevents delivery of a completed product (e.g., a generation that produces no audio output), please contact us at support@songli.space within 14 days. See our full Refund Policy for details.
5. Free Preview & Paid Unlock
Songli offers a free 15-second preview of every generated song at no cost. The preview lets you hear a portion of the chorus before committing to a purchase. The full song is unlocked instantly upon payment — no account registration is required.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Songli to:
- Generate content that is defamatory, hateful, or harassing.
- Impersonate another individual without consent.
- Submit inputs designed to produce harmful or illegal content.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our APIs.
We reserve the right to refuse service and terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The Songli brand, logo, UI, and underlying technology are the property of Songli Projects. The generated audio and video content is licensed to the purchaser as described in Section 4.
8. Limitation of Liability
Songli is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
9. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, a third-party payment provider that handles payment processing, global tax collection, and receipt issuance on our behalf. By making a purchase, you also agree to our payment provider's terms of service. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes as determined by the payment provider.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
